We are sold out at 300 tickets! But ....

You can still get a Drupal Dev Days ticket. Here are your options:

  • Tweet with the #drupaldevdays hashtag that you are looking for a ticket. We'll try to match you with someone who may want to hand over theirs (if available)
  • Contact us and we'll try to match you with someone who may want to hand over theirs (if available)
  • We still welcome sponsors! You can buy a 100 EUR individual sponsor ticket which has several benefits or become a sponsor on a higher level with your company (which includes one or more tickets).

If none of these work out, then we are sorry, but unfortunately cannot help anymore.

Pricing information

With the help of our sponsors, we wanted to ensure that the event is affordable for everyone. Therefore, participation only cost 30 EUR (until February 28th)  for a whole week of Drupal developers’ get-together! For those who registered later, the ticket cost 50 EUR (starting March 1st). We had a total of 300 tickets to sell and ran out on March 7th.

IMPORTANT:

Each attendee needs to have a unique email address provided during ticket purchase, since it will serve as a unique identifier for the Dev Days website registration and login. Besides, personal information (name, username, organization) provided during the ticket purchase will also be used for attendee badges, so please pay careful attention when entering it! It is especially important in case of multiple ticket purchase to provide each attendee’s information correctly. (The system might pre-fill fields with the buyer’s information, this has to be changed if the attendee is not the buyer!)

After the ticket purchase, the registered persons will receive their Dev Days website registration to the email address specified during ticket purchase, so that they can submit sessions, upload a photo to their user profile to get listed among attendees, and also edit their additional information (e.g. event attendance, allergies, job fair application etc.). 

Recently we have experienced some issues with site registration after ticket purchase. So, in case you don't get redirected to our website after buying your ticket (or you don't receive the Dev Days website confirmation email) please contact us immediately.

Cancellation policy

Single ticket purchase
By purchasing a ticket to the event you confirm your intention to attend. If for any reason you are not able to attend, you can cancel your registration. Please note however that international bank transfer fees are considerably high that’s why in the event of cancellation we would like to consider your registration fee as individual sponsorship with the mentioned benefits.

Multiple ticket purchase
By purchasing tickets to the event you confirm your intention to attend. If for any reason you are not able to attend, you can cancel your registration until 15 February 2014. In this case we pay back the registration fees to a single bank account, but we will have to subtract the charges for international bank transfer.
